Retrotag (incorporating the EmilieBot automation tool) is an internal inventory and product catalog management system. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and disclose information when you interact with our platform and authenticate using Google OAuth services.

2. Google User Data Accessed and Collected

Our application requests access to the following Google API scopes to perform essential catalog management tasks:

• Google Drive API (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive): Used exclusively to create dedicated product folders inside the designated parent folder, upload high-resolution product photos, and retrieve image links for internal inventory records.
• Google Sheets API (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets): Used to read and update catalog spreadsheet rows (such as product title, condition, pricing, category, and photo links).

We do not access any unrelated files, personal emails, contacts, or documents in your Google account.

3. How We Use Google User Data

Google user data is used strictly for the following operational purposes:

• Uploading and organizing photos of clothing items and accessories into specific Google Drive product folders.
• Synchronizing inventory details between Telegram bot submissions, the web dashboard, and Google Sheets.
• Generating shareable product image links for authorized team members.

4. Data Sharing and Transfer

We do not sell, rent, trade, or transfer any Google user data, photos, or catalog details to third parties, advertising networks, data brokers, or external AI model trainers. Access is strictly restricted to authenticated administrators and operators of the Retrotag workspace.

5. Data Retention, Storage, and Security

• Storage: OAuth refresh tokens and temporary files are stored on our secure private server with strict filesystem access controls.
• Encryption: All data transmitted between our servers, the web dashboard, and Google APIs is encrypted in transit via industry-standard HTTPS / TLS.
• Retention: Product metadata and photos are retained only for as long as the inventory catalog requires active tracking.

6. User Rights and Data Deletion (How to Revoke Access)

Users can revoke access to their Google account and request complete deletion of stored credentials at any time by:

• Visiting Google Account Security settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and removing access for EmilieBot / Retrotag.
• Sending an email request to the developer at andrea.bellotto2611@gmail.com. Upon request, all locally cached tokens and data will be permanently purged within 24 hours.

L'uso e il trasferimento a qualsiasi altra app delle informazioni ricevute dalle API di Google da parte di Retrotag rispetteranno le Norme sui dati degli utenti dei servizi API di Google, inclusi i requisiti di utilizzo limitato (Limited Use requirements).

4. Cancellazione dei Dati

L'utente può richiedere in qualsiasi momento la cancellazione dei dati e la revoca dei token contattando andrea.bellotto2611@gmail.com o revocando i permessi su myaccount.google.com/permissions.
